Goals and Objectives
As profound as the potentially healing benefit of bodywork is, it is simple to learn. While a certified course requires four days of instruction on the intricacies of a therapy, the layman can learn the basics of MERI within two short sessions. Because, the basics are easily learned, this is an ideal project for spreading a little bit of healing through a process of healthy person-to-person relationships.
The goals of MERI-MAC are:
To introduce MERI to prospective participants through orientation sessions.
To instruct participants in the basic MERI techniques so that they can in turn perform basic techniques on their friends and families.
To learn from the interaction with participants in order to achieve continual improvement of the MERI process.
The program involves:
Teaching the basics of MERI in a 3-hour workshop.
Participants will receive the MERI-MAC Manual, Energy Release and Integration Techniques and Principles of Touch.
Return to each community for refresher sessions with returning participants, as well as teach additional first-time participants.
